STEP1: You send us a availability inquiry with the form here.
STEP2: We reply to you with current availability and the details necessary to ensure and complete the booking.
STEP3: After your credit card credentials are verified we send you a detailed final confirmation, printable map direction, contact phone number and full address.
CREDIT CARD HANDLING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Gulliver’s Lodge B&B requires your credit card information to confirm a booking only. Your credit card is not charged at time of reservation, it is used as reservation guarantee only. Your personal records are kept encrypted and are permanently erased from our system 24 hours after you check out.
For any cancellation (full or in part) you need to give us a written notice, by fax or e-mail only, 7 days, prior to your date of arrival.
Failure to do so will result in a charge of 1 night’s stay for the room/s you have booked. 1 night’s stay penalty charge is also operated in case of No Show*.(*) No Show : If you do not show up on your arrival date and have failed to inform us that you wish to cancel your booking, this is meant as “No Show” Your credit card details are also our liability guarantee in the event of damages to our facilities caused by your negligence and non caring.
